The ambience of the campsite is tranquillizing. Barot valley is famous for trout fish farming. The camp offers the right opportunity to try your hand at angling and fishing. There are good nature trails around the place. You can explore the beauty of the valley trekking through these tracts.

The nearest Airport to Barot is Kangra Airport with a distance of approx. 115 Km from MOUNTY1413. The camper has to hire a taxi or take a bus from the Airport ( via NH154 Highway ) to MOUNTY1413.
Camper has to reach to Joginder Nagar Bus Stand from their respective destinations. The camper can take a bus or hire a taxi ( via NH154 and Ghatasani-Barot Road ) from Bus Stand to reach MOUNTY1413 which is approx. 40 Km. The Camper can also reach to local Bus Stop, Lohardi Bus Stop from the respective destination which is approx. 5 Km from MOUNTY1413 via Barot-Lohardi Road.
Pathankot is nearest railway station to Barot which is approx. 190 Km via 154 Km. The camper can also reach to Joginder Railway Station, ( a narrow-gauge railway line ) from their respective destination. To reach the campsite, the camper has to hire a taxi or take a bus from the railway station which is approx. 40 Km ( via NH154 and Ghatasani-Barot Road ) from MOUNTY1413.
