GANGA AARTI
Ganga Aarti is organized and performed everyday by Vedic priests, particularly the children who are studying about the Vedas at Rishikesh. Aarti starts at 6 in the evening with chanting of some mantras, singing of bhajans, prayers. Sacred rituals take place around a fire to praise Agni, the god of fire. The fire spreads the positivity in the surroundings. You can sit calmly and fold your hands or join the singing Bhajans with them. Daily many pilgrims visit the Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat.
Rafting at Rishikesh is done in the mighty Ganga river. While rafting at Rishikesh, participants guide and paddle a raft through falls and rapids. Rafting can be done in groups or an individual can join a group and steer the boat alongwith their new buddies.
